You’ll work with our Course Specialist or Instructor on setting goals for the training. What objectives are you trying to achieve with the training? Setting a training goals helps us to develop a program that is perfectly customized for your needs.

Not sure of your training goals? We can help you assess your team’s skills to better understand where to focus training and to create meaningful training goals.

We highly recommend having our post-training coaching package. This post-training product allows your team to discuss current issues in implementing the training either one-on-one or in a group setting. Out instructors provide excellent advice on how to utilize the concepts learned in the course. Even is you don’t purchase the package, we are here 100% to support your team and answer any questions.

Large initiative or project? We can help your team by providing just-in-time training for whatever phase of the initiative or project they are currently in making your training investment more effective.

Need real-world examples added into the training? No worries. We can incorporate your current templates, examples, processes, or business practices into the training.

Training Agreement

With your training goal in mind, we’ll collaborate with you on topics you would like to explore during training. We will work with you to meet your budget and suggest areas that should be addressed during training. After our discussion we will send you a statement of work for your review to make sure we didn’t miss anything.

Build Curriculum and Materials

Once the agreement is signed our Course Specialists and Instructors will craft the training materials to meet your training objectives.

Deliver Training

We can deliver training virtually or in-person. We’ve been doing online training since 2015. Wether in-person or virtually, our instructor will give your team an interactive experience and awesome learning environment.

Coaching and Support

We won’t leave you on a deserted island. We will 100% support your team after the training to answer any questions and to guide them in implementing the topics covered in training.
