Business Analysis Stakeholders & Elicitation Course
Course Description
It’s no longer enough to just make a list of who to invite to requirements meetings. In order to be effective during elicitation and to ensure a complete understanding of requirements, we need to identify and analyze who the stakeholders are and what makes them tick. Once we know who we’re working with and their motivations for the initiative, we can focus on facilitating effective collaborative elicitation sessions. We’ll explore a model for requirements elicitation, including how to select elicitation techniques that will help you reach your goals. We aren’t known as the technique guys for nothing! We’ll discuss and practice several classic and modern elicitation techniques too!
