Introduction to Project Management Course

Description: Introduction to Project Management covers a more focused range of project management topics then the Project Management Foundations course and focuses on fundamental methods and techniques needed to effectively plan, execute, and control projects. Students explore building a project schedule based on the scope outlined in the project charter, basics of building a project budget, estimation techniques and sequencing tasks for a project schedule.  Hands-on workshops provide opportunities for applying tools learned in class to address challenges throughout the project life cycle, regardless of the size and nature of the project.

Length: 2-Days

CDU/PDU: Earn 14 CDU/PDU for both IIBA and PMI certification

Perquisites: We recommend the Introduction to Business Analysis course or equivalent experience.
